Frequently Asked Questions

Everything first-timers ask us — answered.

Where can I find authentic Sinaloa-style seafood in Round Rock?

Right here! We proudly bring coastal Sinaloa seafood to the heart of Round Rock at 1350 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664.

What makes Sinaloan seafood different?

Bold, incredibly fresh flavor. Instead of heavily fried plates, we specialize in crisp, lime-cured dishes like aguachiles and ceviches, packed with fresh chilies, cucumber and red onion for a refreshing kick.

What should I order on my first visit?

You can't leave without trying our famous Torre de Mariscos — a towering stack of lime-cured shrimp, octopus and tuna in our signature salsa negra. If you love heat, the Aguachile is a must.

Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely. Tap the "Order Delivery" button at the top of the page and enjoy the best mariscos in Texas from your couch.

Is the aguachile spicy?

Authentic Sinaloan aguachile brings the heat — fresh crushed green chilies give it that signature coastal kick. But everything is made to order, so just ask for a milder version if you prefer.

Do you take reservations?

We're first-come, first-served. Weekends get busy with live music and ice-cold micheladas, so arrive a little early to grab your table.

What are the Torres?

Our signature seafood towers — for example, the Mariscos Tower stacks cooked shrimp, octopus, scallops, aguachile shrimp, cucumber, onion, tomato and avocado, all drenched in our house black sauce.

Do you have cooked (hot) dishes too?

Definitely! Beyond the cold bar we have a full menu of cooked dishes: grilled and breaded shrimp, whole fried fish (mojarra frita), grilled octopus, hearty seafood soups — plus steak and chicken options.

What time does the kitchen close?

The kitchen closes one hour before the restaurant does, so get your food order in at least an hour before closing time. The bar keeps serving until we close. That means the kitchen closes at 8 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, 9 PM on Thursday, and 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
